MEET OUR TEAM

Chris Compton

Chris Compton founded Absolutely Affordable Property Management Services, INC in 2011 and has served as the Broker and CEO for AAPMS and later OMYRA INC ever since.

Chris is a US Navy veteran, having served four tours of duty on aircraft carriers in the nuclear power program. He owned and operated Chris Compton Bail Bonds in Temecula, CA and has been a licensed Real Estate agent in GA since 2004, obtaining his Broker's license in 2010.

Chris has helped over 1000 people buy, sell or rent properties in north GA over the last decade and a half and he has the unique ability to walk you through the process with the heart of a teacher so that you can understand why the next step is the right step.

Chris is married to De Force and they live in East Atlanta with their little dog Tinkerbell.

Sunshine Bon

Sunshine Bon has been the Senior Property Manager for Omyra Inc. since 2017. She has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Georgia since 2018.


Sunshine has a strong background in customer service and loves helping people.


Sunshine's other interests include listening to music, singing, dancing, meditation/spirituality, holistic healing, nutrition, and competitive pinball. Sunshine has the distinct honor of being the 2020 IFPA Women's World Pinball Champion!


Sunshine is happily married and has a teenage son.


Constanza Saavedra-Herrera

Constanza joined OMYRA as the Associate Property Manager in 2022. She has been a licensed Realtor in GA since 2020.


Constanza is native to South America and has been a resident of Atlanta Metro since 2017 alongside her pre-teen.


Constanza has an extensive background in customer service and coaching, having performed duties as a teacher, sales representative and customer service representative.


Constanza enjoys working out at her local gym, going on hikes with her pre-teen and knowing new restaurants and enjoying the local food.
