Typical Fees


Tenant Procurement Fee for Management Clients:
Rent <= $800 monthly 100% of one month’s rent
Rent >$800 monthly but <= $1000 Monthly $800
Rent >$1000 monthly 80% of one month’s rent

Tenant Procurement Fee for Non-Management Clients:
Rent <= $1000 Monthly $1000
Rent >$1000 monthly 100% of one month’s rent

Monthly Management Fee:
Rent <= $800 monthly 10% of one month’s rent
Rent >$800 monthly but <= $1000 Monthly $80
Rent >$1000 monthly 8% of one month’s rent

Lease Renewal Fee: $225

Annual Fee for Multi-Year Leases: $150

Additional Fee for Homes with Home Warranties: $12/month

Infrequent Fees


Late Fee Collection: 33.3% of fee charged to tenant

Filing a Court Action: $200 (includes court costs up to $100)

Representing You in Court: $200 (per appearance)

Supervising Eviction: $100 (per day)

Appearing as a Witness:
$150/HR (Broker) plus $1/mile travel
$50/HR (other associate) plus $1/mile travel

Taking over Management (Tenant already in place): $300-$500 depending on circumstance
